LeBron James bashes n-word tweets after Elon Musk buys Twitter
This week, Elon Musk ended up unfortunately finally completing his $44 billion purchase, of Twitter. He quickly fired multiple top Twitter executives, as well. Musk previously mentioned how he wanted more “free speech” on Twitter, and this quickly led to bigots wanting to take advantage of this.
A new research study by the Washington Post also states that Twitter has seen a 500% increase, in tweets containing the n-word. Now, this report has reached NBA superstar LeBron James, who called out Musk, on Twitter, to do something about this.
“I dont know Elon Musk and, tbh, I could care less who owns twitter. But I will say that if this is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF. So many damn unfit people saying hate speech is free speech.”
Hopefully, Musk condemns these type of tweets, because he’s the one who advocated for people needing “free speech,” so much. He also had previous support of Donald Trump, who is synonymous with various forms of hate speech.
