Since the summer of 2017, Lil Baby has been delivering straight hits, first taking over the Atlanta streets. Immediately, QC signed him, adding him to a roster of proven hits. But, Lil Baby’s rise to the top came swiftly, when he got the Drake co-sign.

Lil Baby dominated 2019, so far, but it began in 2018. His “Close Friends” single has been all over radio waves, becoming one of the top singles of the summer. This year, Lil Baby dominated, and he won the award for Best New Artist, tonight.

All over BET, Lil Baby has found himself, at the BET Awards. He deserves all of it, but the older heads are confused. On Twitter, they got jokes, clowning his clothes, and confusing him with DaBaby.
