On the mainstream level, Drake and Pusha T are it, right now. There’s also Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, plus the drama with Kanye West and Rhymefest, right now. But, Lil Baby is the one who has the streets on lock, signed to QC, home of Migos.
Lil Baby has “My Dawg” all over radio, and that song has been buzzing for nearly a year. Now, Lil Baby has Drake, with “Yes Indeed,” a song that will likely be big, this summer. This led to Harder Than Ever, his official debut album.
Expectations have been all over the place for the album, but the official first week sales are in. Definitely, Lil Baby put up respectable numbers, for his first album. In the first week, Harder Than Ever sold 71,000 copies.
