Lil Baby’s “My Turn” album goes 4x platinum
Lil Baby continues to show why he’s one of the biggest rappers in the game. His streaming and charting numbers are still dominant, after every release. In 2021, he also scored his second straight album, which was “Voice Of The Heroes,” with Lil Durk.
In February 2020 though, the Atlanta rapper received his first number one album on the Billboard 200 chart, then. At that time, Baby released his “My Turn” project, which was led by hit singles such as “Woah” and “Sum 2 Prove.”
My Turn hit the top of the Billboard 200 chart, and went on to create other hits, such as “Emotionally Scarred,” and “Heatin Up,” ft. Gunna. “Catch The Sun” also previously appeared on the “Queen & Slim” movie soundtrack.
Now, My Turn has reached another impressive milestone. According to Chart Data, it is now certified 4x platinum, in the US. This is after selling 4 million units. Additional collaborations on My Turn included Future, Lil Wayne, Moneybagg Yo, Lil Uzi Vert, and more. The deluxe edition went on to be released two months later, which included another massive hit single, in “We Paid,” ft. 42 Dugg, another breakout star of 2020.
