Quality Control Music artists Lil Baby and Offset have been making headlines over the last few days due to rumors that Baby got his goons to jump Offset in the Atlanta nightclub, Compound. Baby has since denied any involvement by saying it’s “cap.”
On February 28 though, Baby released his second studio album, ‘My Turn.’ It contained 20 tracks with star-studded features from Lil Wayne, Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, and more. Fans on social media have approved of it heavily and now, it’s officially his first No. 1 album.
According to Hits Daily Double, it’s at the top spot of the Billboard 200 chart with 188,165 album-equivalent units. 6,626 of them make up pure album sales. Bad Bunny’s ‘YHLQMDLG’ came in second. Some of the most popular tracks on My Turn are the hit single “Woah” and “Catch The Sun,” which were a few of the singles. “Emotionally Scarred” and “Heatin Up” featuring Gunna are becoming a fan-favorites as well.
Baby has shown that he has longevity in this game as he’s been on ever since 2017 with his breakout hit single “My Dawg.” At this rate, more No. 1 albums are on the way as well.
