Day three of Lil’ Boosie’s murder trial began this morning. Lil’ Boosie is facing first-degree murder charges over the 2009 murder of Terry Boyd. Fresh out of prison, Boyd was rumored to have stolen from a friend of the Louisiana rapper, leading to him taking a hit out, which was completed by Michael Louding. Arguments from a previous day in the trial stated Louding often battled voices in his head, which told him to hurt people.

Michael Louding testified today and he denied disclosing to law enforcement that he was the actual killer of Terry Boyd. Previously, reports said Louding had been paid $2,800 to take out Boyd. Louding was reportedly with Lil’ Boosie at his house, right before the murder. While he was at Lil’ Boosie’s house, Louding said he and the rapper barely knew each other, let alone being friends.

The defense has stated Lil’ Boosie is a good person with good intentions, but ended up allowing too many people into his inner circle. With the influx of people came many who Lil’ Boosie did not personally know. In their defense, these people are blamed for bringing the crowd, which commits murders and such. Lil’ Boosie actually fathered a child with the sister of Terry Boyd.

The trial is expected to last another week and Hip Hop Vibe will continue to provide updates.
