Lil Durk announces upcoming “Almost Healed” album 

Lil Durk has just surprised fans with news of a release date for his upcoming eighth studio album. This project will be titled “Almost Healed,” and is set for a May 12 release date.

In addition to the title and release date, Durk also unveiled the cover art for Almost Healed. It comes in a black and white design, as the title is in red lettering. Durk is also front and center, as his crew is also posing behind him.

News of Durk’s Almost Healed album comes as he’s been previewing his upcoming collaboration with J. Cole. News of that record was unveiled by Durk at Cole’s Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, NC, last month. Earlier this week, Cole gave fans a preview snippet of the song, as a group of children surrounded him, who are going to appear in the music video for the song.

Meanwhile, Almost Healed will be Durk’s second album, over the past year. Last April, he put out his “7220” album, which went on to become his first number one solo album, on the Billboard 200 chart.
