Lil Durk brings out Morgan Wallen, in Nashville, to perform “Broadway Girls,” at Martin Luther King Freedom Fest [VIDEO]

Lil Durk has another huge hit on his hands, as he put out “Broadway Girls,” last month. This also featured country superstar, Morgan Wallen. Wallen had received a lot of backlash in February 2021 though, after using the n-word, around his friend.

Wallen had been canceled for a bit, but his “Dangerous” album still continued to dominate, on the charts. “Broadway Girls” debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and Durk has been showing Wallen love.

Last night, Durk also performed at Bridgestone Arena, in Nashville. This was part of the Martin Luther King Freedom Fest. Surprisingly, Durk did bring out Wallen, to perform Broadway Girls. Durk said on stage that Wallen is “genuine at heart” and “Can’t nobody cancel sh*t without me saying it, you know what I’m saying?” Wallen is also from the Nashville area.

A good amount of people in the crowd began singing along to Durk and Wallen’s hit record as well. Durk has since called Wallen his “boy” and doesn’t believe he’s racist at all.
