Lil Durk speaks on canceling tour dates after hospitalization
On Monday, it was revealed that Lil Durk is canceling many dates which are at the start of his “Sorry For The Drought” Tour. This is due to a recent hospitalization in Ohio, on July 6. This was as a result of dehydration and exhaustion. Therefore, doctors still haven’t cleared him to resume performing.
As a result, Durk is now speaking out, amid the cancelation of these shows. According to a statement released to Akademiks, the Chicago rapper revealed that he’s still getting clearance from doctors to perform again. This also includes having to cancel Durk’s upcoming performance at Rolling Loud Miami, this weekend.
However, Durk revealed that he plans to resume performing, starting with his two tour dates in his hometown, on August 11 and 12. He will also be announcing new tour dates soon. Special guest performers on this tour includes GloRilla, Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama.
