Lil Keed’s funeral is held in hometown of Atlanta
Last week, popular Atlanta rapper Lil Keed, shockingly passed away, at the age of 24. This was due to liver and kidney failure. Days before, Keed was complaining of severe stomach pain.
Keed ended up passing away in Los Angeles, after getting his health checked at a local hospital. He was reportedly sober for a while, but dealt with drugs and alcohol before.
On Wednesday in Atlanta, Keed was reportedly laid to rest. This was held at 1PM, as it appeared to be a low key gathering, for those close to Keed. A flyer for the funeral surfaced on social media, as it displayed Keed displayed in a praying pose.
Keed was signed to Young Thug’s YSL label, and released various buzzing mixtapes, over the last few years. These include “Long Live Mexico” and “Trapped On Cleveland 3.”
When Thug, Gunna and the rest of YSL were hit with their 56-count indictment a few weeks ago, Keed was vocal in claiming that YSL is a record label, and not a gang. Keed was not indicted, but was definitely vocal in expressing the innocence of the ones around him, from YSL.
