Hip hop in Memphis is much like many other cities, with rappers rising to the forefront of the game. In addition to such names as Young Dolph, Yo Gotti, 8Ball & MJG, Juicy J, and others, the city of Memphis is also home to Lil Lody. The world probably knows Lil Lody best for producing “OJ” by Young Jeezy and featuring Fabolous and Jadakiss.
Since then, Lil Lody has become a fixture in the rap game. Lil Lody is dropping several mixtapes and is often alongside Young Jeezy. Discovering his beats, Young Jeezy signed Lil Lody and has not looked back since then. There have been several songs to come from these two, including “How it Feel.”
Lil Lody is now preparing his next single, which puts on for his city. Fellow Memphis hip hopper, Yo Gotti will be featured. “Lost Count” is the name of the record, which will impact in the near future. With the song release coming, Lil Lody released the official artwork for the single a couple of days in advance.
