Lil Nas X has been teasing the release of his upcoming “7“ EP to fans while showing different cover arts for it for a while now. He recently revealed the tracklist as it will have seven tracks as the title says. His hit single “Old Town Road” will appear on it as well.
Nas X took to Twitter to finally reveal the release date for the project and it’ll be June 21. The cover art was included as well as it shows him walking into a city in the night while riding a horse. The Old Town Road remix with Billy Ray Cyrus is still the top song in the country according to the Billboard Hot 100 chart and it doesn’t look like that’ll change anytime soon.
It’ll be interesting to see what sounds Nas X brings to the 7 EP. He had that country/hip-hop mix on Old Town Road so he could possibly experiment with other genres on the EP as well.
