Lil Nas X Scores Third Number One Single, With “Industry Baby,” Featuring Jack Harlow

Back in August, Lil Nas X released another single, in 2021, with “Industry Baby.” This record featured another star, who’s been hot this year, in Jack Harlow. Industry Baby went on to debut at number two, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, as it was one of the lead singles for Nas X’s debut studio album, “Montero.”

Industry Baby has kept its momentum rolling over these last two months, and now, has reached a new massive milestone. According to Chart Data, it is finally the number one song, in the US. It was just revealed that Industry Baby has topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Industry Baby is now Nas X’s third number one song, next to 2019’s “Old Town Road,” ft. Billy Ray Cyrus, and this year’s “Montero (Call Me By Your Name).” This is also Jack Harlow’s first ever number one song.

Nas X has since taken to Twitter to celebrate, thanking fans for their support, in getting Industry Baby to this position, over these past two months. This also comes as the Montero album debuted at number two, on the Billboard 200 chart, last month. With Industry Baby finally claiming its top spot, many anticipate that Nas X’s album may do the same soon, as well.
