Lil Nas X has been trending heavily, on social media, due to his outfit at the 2021 VMAs. He also took home a huge win at the end of the night, which was for Video of The Year.
This win was for his “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” single. This record initially debuted at number one, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The video also made a lot of noise online, due to Nas X being seen twerking on Satan, in it. On YouTube, Montero also currently has 346 million views.
With this major win, Nas X has a lot of momentum right now. Montero will be appearing on his upcoming debut studio album, “Montero.” This will officially be released, on September 17. It’s led by this single, “Sun Goes Down,” and “Industry Baby,” ft. Jack Harlow.
