Lil Reese has had a very hectic past month. In May, he was in his hometown of Chicago, where he ended up getting shot and was listed as in fair condition. At the time, Reese was linked to a car that was stolen, and a man attempted to get it back. Two other men were shot as well.
Reese recovered quickly but two weeks later, ran into some serious legal issues. TMZ published a report today that on May 29 around 10:30pm, he pulled his girlfriend’s hair and punched hr in the face after an argument. An abrasion was also visible by police on her bottom lip. Reese ended up being charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. A rep ended up denying these claims.
“That story is false, nobody was hit … the court narrative is based off someone saying Lil Reese was physical, but he was not.”
Now, Reese is denying these allegations himself. He took to Twitter account this afternoon to do so. He explained how people need to stop believing so many things they see on the Internet. This is after a fan asked him to clear this incident up.
“False information stop believing these blogs. Don’t believe half shit you see on internet all imma say like they said I was blind and got beat up I was in car crash and a shout-out only thing that happen new interview otw…”
Reese appears to hint here that his girlfriend attacked him. In the end, it will be interesting to see if he does end up facing jail time for this. Expect him to publicly discuss this issue in a new interview soon as well, like he claimed to on Twitter.
