Fans have been waiting for Lil Uzi Vert to release his second studio album ‘Eternal Atake‘ since 2018. He released his “New Patek” single that year and that led many to believe that the album would be arriving soon. That was far from the case though as Uzi expressed frustration with DJ Drama and Don Cannon as to this day, he still has issues with them. This is due to the two refusing to release his music. Last year, they wouldn’t even clear a verse to appear on Nav’s ‘Bad Habits‘ album.
Uzi released his “Futsal Shuffle 2020” single this year though which has already been certified platinum. Last week, he said on Instagram Live that Eternal Atake would be released in two weeks. The Philly native may be keeping his word as on Thursday night, he took to social media to reveal the tracklist. Futsal Shuffle 2020 will appear on it but it doesn’t look like New Patek will.
The lone feature on Eternal Atake also appears to only be Syd but that can change as the project nears its release date. Hopefully, the two-week time frame is definite. Uzi has also been experimenting with different cover arts for the album. The final product should be announced soon as well.
