Lil Wayne is doing a club tour while “Tha Carter V” awaits release and Young Thug plans “Tha Carter VI”

Ever since he gave up commercial attention for the mixtape game, Lil Wayne has been the most-discussed rapper in the game. This is due to his hit records, his label, and his women. It was off Tha Carter series that propelled Lil Wayne to superstardom, but his latest is forever delayed.

Although forgotten now, Lil Wayne also dealt with many setbacks when he planned to release Tha Carter III. But, Lil Wayne was on good terms with Birdman and Cash Money Records then, so it seemed. Now, this is not the case, as Lil Wayne is very upset with Birdman.

While Lil Wayne can’t coordinate with Cash Money Records for a release date for Tha Carter V, the label has no trouble getting Tha Carter VI out. The only problem is Young Thug is doing the sixth edition, angering many in Lil Wayne’s corner. But, Lil Wayne has a club tour going on while he awaits his album release.
