Lil Wayne to release “Bless” single with Young Thug on April 5

Lil Wayne’s first single of 2024 is coming on Friday, which is titled “Bless,” and it includes a huge feature. On Wednesday, he revealed the cover art for it, while also noting that Young Thug will be featured on it. Wheezy will also be producing it.

Moreover, presale options for Bless are now available on all streaming platforms. This is also the first feature by Thug on a record released in 2024. This comes as Thug is also at over 50 days in his YSL RICO trial, which has lasted since November. Thug has been incarcerated since May of 2022.

This upcoming release by Wayne also comes after he had a very solid and consistent 2023. He put out his “Tha Fix Before Tha VI” album in September, which contained 10 tracks. This included appearances from Jon Batiste and more. In November, Wayne dropped highly anticipated joint album with 2 Chainz, “Welcome 2 Collegrove.” That was the sequel to their 2016 album. This contained 21 songs, including collaborations with Benny The Butcher, Rick Ross, 21 Savage, Usher, and more.
