On Facebook, there is a horrific story circulating about a nine-year-old little girl, named Sophie. This little girl is currently enduring a rough home life. The girl has claimed her mother’s boyfriend is inappropriately touching her.
Reading up on Sophie’s story evidences that the people close to her do not believe her claims. Even her grandmother made an insensitive remark to her, regarding her treatment. There was a custody case, involving the little girl.
Lili Pena was following this situation and blasted Cynthia Wheless, the judge who presided over the case. Despite having all of the information, the judge ruled for Sophie to stay in her mother’s custody, meaning the boyfriend still has access to her. Taking to Facebook, she blasted Judge Wheless for ordering Sophie to go with her mother, despite the girl claiming her mom’s boyfriend is abusing her.
