Lisa Marie Presley passes away at 54 due to cardiac arrest

On Thursday, news went viral on social media, that Lisa Marie Presley was on life support, after suffering cardiac arrest. Presley is the daughter of the legendary Elvis Presley, as she initially went through this medical situation on Thursday morning.

However, it has now been revealed that Presley has passed away, as a result of this cardiac arrest, according to TMZ. She was officially pronounced dead at a local Los Angeles hospital, after being transferred there, from her Calabasas home.

Presley’s ex-husband, Danny Keough, attempted to perform CPR on her at her home, until paramedics arrived. Presley’s housekeeper initially found her in the state she was in. At least one dose of epinephrine was reportedly used, in order to resusistate her. A pulse of Presley’s was able to be found, but she wasn’t able to make it, when arriving at the hospital.

Just like her father, Presley was also a singer. She released three studio albums, all which were released in 2003, 2005, and 2012. Presley’s highest charting album was her debut “To Whom It May Concern” album, which was number five in the US. Many also recall when Presley married Michael Jackson, back in 1994.
