In 2016, Lizzo began releasing music that started gaining national attention. However, it would be another three years before Lizzo gained stardom. But, once Lizzo reached levels of stardom, she didn’t let it go. Since 2019, Lizzo has remained at the top of the charts.

Lizzo is a plus sized woman and she has embraced that. A lot of singers before her who happened to be of a certain size simply never mentioned it. But Lizzo is different from those artists. When she introduced herself to the masses, Lizzo did it by sharing private photos on Twitter.

Currently, Lizzo is producing her series, “Watch Out For the Big Girls.” The show is empowering plus sized women and Lizzo is coaching them. Recently, Lizzo was tapped for the PEOPLE magazine cover. The Lizzo cover is for their “Women Changing The World” edition. During this interview, Lizzo discussed the “Watch Out For the Big Girls” show, and being a plus sized woman herself. Lizzo is always talking that big talk, so she told it like it is, and let it be known that she is a body icon.
