Lola Brooke delivers electric performance in hometown of NYC
On Thursday night, Lola Brooke delivered an ecstatic performance in her hometown of New York City. This show took place inside of Racket, in the midtown Manhattan area, as Hip-HopVibe was on site.
Lola went on to perform plenty of buzzing hits from the last several years, which include her breakout 2021 single, “Don’t Play With It,” as well as “You,” which was released last year and featured Bryson Tiller. Moreover, fans also enjoyed “Best Side,” “So Disrespectful,” and much more.
In addition to Lola Brooke electrifying the stage, she also brought out several New York natives, as well. These included Jim Jones, Scar Lip, and Bay Swag. Moreover, Lola also had plenty of fun fan interactions on stage, which included allowing them to shout out their businesses. At the end of the show, Lola received her platinum plaque for “Don’t Play With It.”
Lola Brooke’s NYC performance also comes after releasing her “Dennis Daughter” deluxe album, in April. This contained 16 songs, which were led by singles such as You, “Becky” featuring 41, “Pit Stop” featuring French Montana, and “Bend It Ova” featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Big Freedia. The Brooklyn native also had additional features from Coi Leray, Nija, as well as Latto and Yung Miami on the Don’t Play Wit It remix, which went viral in early 2023.
