Los Angeles police claim that witnesses refuse to speak about who allegedly stabbed Drakeo The Ruler, at Once Upon A Time In LA Festival

On December 18, one of Los Angeles’ new hottest artists, Drakeo The Ruler, tragically lost his life. This was after being stabbed in the neck at the Once Upon A Time In LA music festival. The incident reportedly occurred before Drakeo was set to perform.

According to TMZ, police have been investigating, but witnesses are refusing to speak up. This has since been making the process more difficult, in finding out the suspect who killed Drakeo.

Police have been using surveillance and cellphone footage to try to find this suspect as well. They’re even trying to see if Slim 400’s shooting death is linked to Drakeo’s in any way. Slim ended up being killed in the following week.

At the Once Upon A Time In LA Fest, stars such as Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, The Game, YG, The Isley Brothers, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony performed. Snoop was an organizer of the festival, and left early, once he was notified of the stabbing. The festival also ended early as well. Acts such as 50 Cent also didn’t end up performing.

Drakeo had a dominant year, as he released four mixtapes. This month, he also put out his “So Cold I Do Em 2” mixtape. In 2021, he scored a huge breakout single in “Talk To Me,” which featured Drake.
