#LososWayDay: Fabolous fans celebrate seventh anniversary of his breakout album

Loso's WayIn 2006, Fabolous signed with Def Jam and he began working on a new album. He took the spotlight with From Nothin’ To Somethin’, scoring a signature hit with “Make Me Better,” featuring Ne-Yo. His momentum made people eager for his next album.

Fabolous joined Def Jam and delivered a great album. Following his breakthrough success, Fabolous received more Jay Z comparisons than ever before. It was fitting that Jay Z gave Fabolous a single he planned to use, “When The Money Goes.”

During the summer of 2009 came, Fabolous delivered Loso’s Way, an album notable for several reasons. A big reason why is Fabolous was one of the first rappers to feature Jeremih on his records, with Jeremih now being a go-to guy. Yesterday marked seven years since his album dropped and Twitter is celebrating it today.
