Lou Williams Files Trademark For “Lemon Pepper Lou” Nickname After Receiving It On Social Media For Going To Eat at Magic City Strip Club With Jack Harlow When He Left NBA Bubble

Lou Williams was in hot water in July when he left the NBA bubble in Orlando to attend a funeral in Atlanta. During that time though, he quietly went to eat at the famous Magic City strip club with breakout Louisville rapper, Jack Harlow.

Harlow initially posted a photo with Williams to his Instagram story and said that this was an old photo but it was clearly new as they had masks on. Williams later admitted that he did go to Magic but just went to eat and that’s it. He even has his own flavor of wings named after him there. Williams did have to quarantine for 10 days when he got back to the bubble, though.

Williams started to receive the nickname “Lemon Pepper Lou” and now, he’s cashing in on this. He posted a screenshot of an email conversation with his attorney regarding how they’ve filed a trademark for this name. This was definitely a smart move to take advantage of a huge marketing opportunity. Williams’ Los Angeles Clippers are currently up 3-2 on the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals.
