Ludacris often is overlooked, when it comes to discussions about the all-time greats. Katt Williams brought him back to the forefront, early in 2024. Despite their 2004 collaboration, Katt also had unsavory things to say about Luda. First, he insinuated that Ludacris sold his soul for $200 million from doing twenty movies. In addition, he called Luda’s wife ugly. As a result, Ludacris came with a quick freestyle destroying everything Katt said about him.
Ludacris is no stranger to beef in his career as a rapper. The biggest feud of his career wasn’t even with a rapper. Bill O’Reilly was his most prominent rival and he dropped some diss records aimed at him. But within the rap game, T.I. was once his biggest rival. At the height of their beef, Ludacris dropped an incredible verse against Tip. Ironically, it was a song that both of them were featured on. Young Buck put them both on “Stomp,” where they dissed each other. T.I.’s verse was later removed.
Ludacris definitely caught wind of what Katt Williams said about him. Given how long Katt’s interview with Shannon Sharpe was, all of his words were bound to travel. Not even a week into 2024 and it’s been nothing but drama. Instead of responding to Katt Williams with petty insults, Ludacris got back to doing what he does best. He came with a quick freestyle that broke down all of Katt’s claims and left Williams sounding crazy.
