Last month, Lupe Fiasco revealed when he would release the first single off his fifth studio album, Tetsuo and Youth. There has not been much news released from Lupe in the time since then. But, there is still a lot of anticipation for Lupe Fiasco and his next few rounds of releases.
From 2007 through 2011, Lupe Fiasco faced a series of delays with his album. During this period of time, “Nothin’ on You” was given to B.o.B. and Lupe Fiasco admitted to contemplating suicide. Sticking around proved to do Lupe Fiasco well, because he experienced new heights with Lasers.
Since then, Lupe Fiasco has been good for an album a year. Now, Lupe Fiasco is preparing the release of his new single. Taking to his Twitter, Lupe Fiasco posted two cryptic messages “Peace of Paper/Cup of Jayzus” and “#KnowRules.” September 11 was the date posted.
