As promised, Lupe Fiasco is preparing to release his second album in as many years. Since announcing his fourth studio album, Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album, Pt. 1, the Chicago emcee has made his media rounds. Yesterday, Lupe Fiasco wound up speaking with hip hop personality, Sway Calloway, on MTV.
One of the guests on MTV’s “RapFix Live,” Lupe Fiasco discussed his upcoming album, which is due on September 25. Earlier this summer, the Chicago rapper released “Bitch Bad,” the lead single off Food & Liquor II. The song, which points the mirror back at the content of hip hop, has received critical acclaim.
However, Lupe Fiasco revealed he has much more in the works. Lupe Fiasco announced the official follow-up to “Bitch Bad.” The name of the new single from Lupe Fiasco is “Lamborghini Angels.” While discussing the single, Lupe Fiasco even recited a verse off the track, which will soon be released.
