Before going to Los Angeles for the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, Mac Miller was in New York City, making appearances. Mac Miller has become one of the biggest new rappers in the game. While he did not perform at the 2012 Video Music Awards, Mac Miller did present an award. However, hours earlier, he was in New York City.

Mac Miller would eventually sit down with Power 105.1, speaking with “The Breakfast Club.” The last time Mac Miller spoke with “The Breakfast Club,” he was promoting his album. In the months since then, Mac Miller has released a new mixtape, with more in the works. However, Mac Miller would discuss much more than his music.

Making the Forbes Hip Hop Cash King list, Mac Miller made history as the first independent rap artist to accomplish this feat. During his interview with “The Breakfast Club,” Mac Miller would speak on his latest record. Mac Miller would also discuss his upcoming EP with Pharrell, a fellow hip hop cash king, and his upcoming album.
