Among the onlookers at the fight between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta was Machine Gun Kelly. The young rapper signed to Bad Boy Records late last summer. In the time since then, Machine Gun Kelly has been putting together his Lace Up album.

After speaking on the Young Jeezy/Rick Ross fight on Twitter, Machine Gun Kelly ended up performing at the Microsoft Store in the Lenox Mall in Atlanta. Initially thought to be a performance sponsored by Microsoft, Machine Gun Kelly was kicked out after performing on the table tops. Microsoft recently broke their silence about the situation.

Released in a statement earlier today, Microsoft revealed The Source held the event in their storefront. Machine Gun Kelly would also say he was honored to perform in the Microsoft store for The Source. Microsoft said Machine Gun Kelly’s performance was good for a concert and not for the store.
