As a result, restaurants have seen all kinds of drama, over the past three years. Recently, there was a man who had a tense situation with a restaurant. The man placed an order, but the restaurant got it wrong. With the man being in a rush, he asked them for a refund. The restaurant had a no refunds policy, so they said either he leaves without his money, or waits for a new meal. As a result, this man went off, and got extremely upset.

Restaurant workers are simply doing their jobs, but many make careless mistakes. When confronted, the ones who are nonchalant end up making customers upset. Some look at getting upset over a mistaken meal as trivial. But the people who ordered the meal knew what they wanted. When their meal gets ruined, it takes their time and money to find a solution. Time and money are two of the most valuable commodities in the world. Having those messed with could spell trouble.
