However, local police departments have a global reach. This means a man in Houston, Texas has reached millions of people, simply based off his hair in a mugshot.

As a result, this man’s face has become almost internationally known. What is known more than the crime he actually committed is what he looks like. All the people saw, and all they cared about, is the look of his dreadlocks. On social media, there are plenty of comments about what he looks like. One compared him to “The Simpsons'” Sideshow Bob character.
