Being in the rural areas, people are prone to see any and everything. Anyone happening to just be riding through these places would be shocked. Most people who live in these areas do things, simply because of the seclusion. There are only slim chances that a person would even see the things that go on. Not only did one man see a dog on the lawnmower, but also, he filmed it and shared it.
Because of how loyal dogs are, some owners put their animals through anything. Typically, a dog is the least likeliest of pets to turn on their owners. In addition, a dog will follow their owner anywhere, and will do anything for them. So, one owner was familiar with their animal, so they put them on their lawnmower. After that, they let the dog do its thing.
Imagine driving down a highway and seeing a dog on the lawnmower. For most, this would be enough for them to stop and make sure their eyes weren’t playing tricks on them. In the case of one man, this is exactly what happened. He was driving on a rural highway and drove past a home that had a dog on the lawnmower. As a result, the man stopped in front of the house, and filmed what he was seeing.
