While a dog is considered to be man’s best friend, a dog isn’t every man’s best friend. In fact, there are some people who train their dogs to dislike certain people. As a result, certain people are in trouble when they encounter certain dogs. The irony of this situation is that a man was being harassed by a dog, while walking one of his own. However, this dog approached him at his own home. So the man ended up pulling a gun on the animal.
Laws are somewhat tricky, when it comes to dogs and trespassing. Many people deal with having dogs roaming on their property. Whether it’s a rural area, urban area, or suburban area, most people have neighbors that have dogs for pets. Most cases see these dogs sometimes roaming around on other properties. Over the years, people have become more patient with pet dogs, even those who roam. But what most people will never accept are dogs invading their space to attack them.
When a man had his dog, walking to his own front porch, he found himself being attacked by a neighbor’s dog. When faced with that kind of pressure, a person has a tendency to act on impulse. The whole time the dog was trying to bite the man. Obviously, that’s a scary situation, and a painful one if the dog succeeds. So, under the pressure of the dog trying to bite the man, he pulled a gun. When the dog backed up, the man kicked him, and the dog ran off.
