Wow, people really have no respect, these days. Back in the day, the people loved Bill Clinton and he was called the first “black” president. A few years later, America ended up getting their real first black president and he clashed with the Clintons, on his way up.
Bill Clinton won two terms as president, with massive support from black voters. However, in his post-presidency, Clinton lost black support in droves, partially due to clashing with Obama. Ultimately, this decline led to this moment.
A man, presumably in Harlem, spotted Bill Clinton in his SUV, and struck up a conversation with him. He starts off by speaking on the current president and telling Bill he is the best president alive. Those comments get him a thumbs up from President Clinton, when he asked about Monica, he got the window rolled up on him.
