Since this is what the Conference Finals are going to be like, the Cavs and Warriors owe the fans a Game 7. But, props to Marcus Smart for doing SOMETHING, anything. The Boston Celtics are living up to the hype of being the worst 1 seed over.
Yeah, it’s the Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James is that dude. But, the Celtics need to respect their legacy. In that third quarter, Boston tried to get a rhythm going, with Avery Bradley almost putting LeBron on that poster, but Marcus Smart did it.
Twitter is roasting Marcus Smart, calling him a fake tough guy and all, but he’s bringing that realness to the NBA that went missing well over ten years ago. The Celtics were taking everything the Cavs were putting on them and dude fought back. It probably won’t give them a win tonight, or in the series, but it’s SOMETHING.
