Mariah Carey & Bryan Tanaka confirm end of 7-year relationship

On Tuesday, Mariah Carey and her boyfriend of seven years, Bryan Tanaka, officially confirmed that they’re no longer a couple. This was done as a result of Tanaka putting out a statement on his Instagram feed.

“Dear friends and fans,” said Tanaka, on Instagram, “With mixed emotions, I share this personal update regarding my amicable separation from Mariah Carey after seven extraordinary years together. Our decision to embark on different paths is mutual, and as we navigate these separate journeys, we do so with profound respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared. The memories we’ve created and the artistic collaborations are etched in my heart forever.”

Meanwhile, Mariah Carey is dominating the charts during the holiday season, once again. This is due to her classic 1991 RIAA diamond-certified All I Want For Christmas Is You” single. Every December, this record soars in popularity, due to many recognizing it as arguably the greatest Christmas song of all-time.
