Easily, Mariah Carey is one of the most-successful people in the history of music. Her career has spanned close to three decades and she has recorded for several labels. Recently, Mariah Carey saw her career come full circle, returning to Sony to work with L.A. Reid at Epic Records.
Before this, Mariah Carey signed to Def Jam, where she revitalized her career. After dropping four successful albums there, a management change left many artists in limbo. Finally, Mariah Carey moved on and now has a new album in the works.
Music isn’t all that Mariah Carey is working on, however. In addition to this, New Line and RatPac have tentatively picked up a project from Mariah Carey and her team. She has a Christmas-themed movie she is working on.
