Way back in the day, Floetry had it, they were doing the most, and had a huge following. Before they even made it big, as solo artists, they wrote and sang background on Michael Jackson’s “Butterflies.” That single ended up being MJ’s last new single.
Later, Floetry did their own thing, dropping “Say Yes” late in 2002, to much success. When people were expecting more from Floetry, it kind of ended. Seeing how close the ladies were, no one reacted in outrage when Marsha Ambrosius began doing her own thing.
Marsha Ambrosius stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” this morning, and revealed Floetry did have drama, though. As she shared with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God, it all wasn’t a walk in the park. She went onto discuss motherhood, baby-making music, and much more.
