Since her split from Kendu Isaacs, Mary J. Blige has faced all kinds of negative press. The acclaimed singer has more than paid her dues in the game. However, the last time she had a true hit single was 2011, when she did “Mr. Wrong,” featuring Drake.
Mary J. Blige has put out a few albums since then, but they haven’t connected like her previous work did. Things have changed for the singer, as her ex-husband came for her pockets, in the divorce. Now, there is an LA mansion rental service wanting money.
Accusing Mary J. Blige and Martin “Kendu” Isaacs of not paying the full amount, Golden Venus is suing her for over $58,000. This is for their use of a LA mansion, where they resided for a few months. After making initial payments, the couple allegedly did not make any additional payments, and allegedly had $16,000 worth of damages.
