Mase performs in front of near-empty crowd in London [PHOTOS]

Twenty years ago, Mase was on the verge of becoming the biggest artist in the game. This is a position he held from 1997, until his retirement from the game in 1999. Ten years ago, Mase decided to make his comeback as a Christian rapper. After all, he left the game to become a minister and pastored a church in Atlanta.

During both of those stints, Mase performed in front of packed crowds. In 2014, however, it looks like Mase is performing in front of tiny audiences for a great deal of reasons. He recently had a show in London that he was supposed to headline with Fat Joe and Foxy Brown. However, it didn’t go down.

Instead, Mase ended up performing alone, because Fat Joe ended up not being able to travel internationally, due to legal reasons. Meanwhile, Foxy Brown said Mase prevented her from doing the show with him. If Foxy Brown’s statement is true, it was for the best, as Mase performed in front of a very small crowd.
