Time is going by so fast, it’s been ten years since Mase made his original comeback with his Welcome Back album. Molded in a positive/gospel nature, Mase came back very PG-13. Soon, Mase reverted back to his old ways and decided to fully pursue rapping.

With this, Mase ended his business relationship with Bad Boy Records and worked closely with G-Unit. By 2007, Mase went on another hiatus and resurfaced in 2012 alongside Rick Ross and company. Many predicted Mase would be the surprise signee during the Maybach Music press conference.

Mase is solo and he was at Hot 107.9’s Birthday Bash 19 last week. While he was there, Mase talked to the lovely Paigion about his upcoming album. The Now We Even album will at least feature appearances from Rick Ross and Kanye West, as he revealed during the conversation.
