The man who taught a good percentage of people in the hip hop industry to hustle, Master P, is back to work. Emerging from New Orleans, Master P surprised the rap game when he took over. During the 1990s, Master P owned the game.
Before this, Master P was a hustler with various music-related businesses. These businesses helped Master P to rise and become what he is to hip hop. Among these businesses was the No Limit Records record store, in Richmond California.
Master P ultimately made the decision to begin rapping himself. As a result, No Limit Records became a record label. After that, he abandoned the record store. He toured with the likes of Tupac and then went to New Orleans and made it big. Now, Master P is ready to recount his story, seeing how the Straight Outta Compton film was just released.
Master P paid a visit to Power 105.1 to talk to “The Breakfast Club.” He sat down with Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy to speak on his biopic, compared to the Straight Outta Compton movie. He went on to discuss his new energy drink, his business success, and more.
