Mayor of Puerto Rico? Carmen Yulin Cruz is San Juan’s mayor and Twitter has come to her defense amid attacks from the president

There comes a time when human lives matters over politics. A time when all that matters is saving lives, but perhaps everyone doesn’t see it that way. After all the innocent lives lost at the hands of policemen, some exclaimed “Black Lives Matter,” “All Lives Matter” was the reply.

Since the Black Lives Matter movement began, All Lives Matter is all that is shouted. In Puerto Rico, there are plenty of lives at stake, and the majority of them are NOT black. So, if All Lives Matter, where is the support?

The president, instead of doing what needs to be done, has attacked the mayor of San Juan, Carmen Yulin Cruz. Her only crime was speaking out with the lackluster help from FEMA. Now, the president’s supporters have “Mayor of Puerto Rico” trending on Twitter and others are coming to her defense.
