Since being released from prison, Meek Mill has received all kinds of love. The Philadelphia rapper had the support of the entire industry, with Jay-Z and Beyonce coming up big for him. Even his rival, Drake, protested for his freedom.

Meek Mill went from being the person the people love to joke on to the one they root for. When he took the Summer Jam stage, he performed the song that put him on the map, “I’ma Boss.” The record was huge, back in 2011, and it made him a star.

Many fans are hoping for Meek Mill to return to that level of energy. A sad fact is that there’s a chance that it might not happen. The official ruling of the Supreme Court is evenly split, when it comes to the judge on his case, and with her (Judge Brinkley) remaining on his case, Meek could go back on June 18.
