Meek Mill Gets Blasted on Twitter For Disrespectful Kobe Lyrics in Upcoming Collab With Lil Baby – “If I Ever Lack, I’m Going Out With My Choppa; It Be Another Kobe” [VIDEO]

Meek Mill is still one of the hardest rappers in the game today. He also brings a lot of controversy and trends a lot on social media. Last weekend, he was seen in Atlanta almost getting into a fight with Tekashi 6ix9ine after being taunted.

Tonight, Meek is in some hot water for his latest lyrics for an upcoming song with Lil Baby. A snippet was released and some of his lyrics were found to be very disrespectful to the late Kobe Bryant.

In this song, Meek said “And if I ever lack I’m going out with my choppa it be another Kobe.” Obviously, a “choppa” means a gun in hip-hop. Here though, it’s heard by people as a correlation to an actual chopper that people fly.  Last January, Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and seven others lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA.

Meek is now one of the top trending topics on Twitter due to these lyrics. It’s definitely not a good look. Check out some of the Twitter reactions below.
