A decade ago, Meek Mill signed with Maybach Music, and he then rose to fame. Immediately, Meek Mill began dropping hits, as “Ima Boss” took off. On the remix, Meek had a star-studded list of appearances.
In 2012, Chicago’s drill scene took over the game and, among those who emerged, was Lil Durk. While his rise to fame wasn’t as quick, his business was right. At the end of 2020, Lil Durk began seeing his career take off.
This morning, DJ Kam Bennett sparked a huge debate, on Twitter. His tweet simply said that Lil Durk is a hotter artist than Meek Mill, at the moment. That tweet has had people arguing all day long.
