Meek Mill Says He’s Going To Release More Music With No Promotion and Explains How Putting Out Music is More Difficult To Do Now

In November, Meek Mill was buzzing on social media for his new four-track ‘Quarantine Pack‘ EP. This project contained the highly anticipated “Pain Away” single featuring Lil Durk. Now, it looks like the Philadelphia rapper has more heat on the way as well.

Meek took to his Twitter feed this afternoon to say that he’s about to release more music with no promotion or anything behind them. He also added that rap is “getting weak” and explained how it’s getting more difficult for artists to put out new music. Meek continued that this process will have artists overthinking.

Fans hope that Meek will finally put out a new album in 2021 as well. His last one was his fourth one, ‘Championships.’ This was released in December 2018 as it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and was led by singles such as “Going Bad” feat. Drake, “24/7” feat. Ella Mai, and “Dangerous” feat. Jeremih and PnB Rock.
