Meek Mill says his phone was pickpocketed in Ghana

Meek Mill has been on the other side of the world, the past several days. This is in the African country of Ghana, as the Philly rapper has been interacting with plenty of fans there. Meek’s been riding in luxury cars, as well as on motorbikes that he’s frequently into.

However, Meek ran into an issue, on Thursday. He took to his Instagram stories to say that he was randomly pickpocketed, and didn’t know it.

“They pickpocketed me for my phoneeeeeee SMH. Bring that jawn back if you got it!!!”

As of now, Meek hasn’t revealed if he got this phone back or not. However, he’s still been posting on Instagram, so it appears he had a second one with him, just in case. This all comes after Meek recently deactivated his Twitter feed, after Elon Musk stopped allowing promotion of links to other social media feeds.

Last month, Meek also released the fifth installment of his “Flamerz” mixtape series. He freestyled over hits such as GloRilla’s “Tomorrow” and Ice Spice’s “Munch (Feelin’ U).” Meek initially announced back in July, that he began his journey again, as an independent artist.
