Meek Mill has made his street life before rap no secret. A little-known fact that everybody knows about is how Meek Mill was originally a Grand Hustle artist. But, his legal situation ended just as T.I.’s began, so the timing was never there for them to properly build.
Growing up on the rough side of Philadelphia does not present too many options for a young kid. Meek Mill did the best he knew how and now he is Philadelphia’s resident “dreamchaser.” His record label has had a good run this summer, as has Meek Mill, himself.
Meek Mill beat all of his charges earlier this year and he is now prepared to move forward with his career, stronger than before. Even though he has moved forward and does not plan to go back, Meek Mill can’t ignore his roots. Today, on Throwback Thursday, Meek Mill shared an Instagram photo of one of his old mugshots.
